Vice Chairman of Chinese Society of Blood Purification Administration, Standing Committee Member of Chinese Nephrologist Association , Committee Member of Chinese Society of Nephrology, Secretary General of Shanghai Society of Nephrology, Associate Chief Editor or Editorial Board Member of nine national core journals including Chinese Journal of Nephrology, Chinese Journal of Internal Medicine, National Medical Journal of China and Chinese Journal of Blood Purification. Research direction: Protection of remnant kidney function and nutritional therapy of kidney disease. He successively published more than 260 papers in the international and chinese journals and compiled 11 monographs as a chief editor including Nutritional Therapy for Kidney Disease, Modern Drug Therapy for Kidney Disease and Therapy for Multiple Organ Failure. He has won one Second Prize for National and Military Science and Technology Advancement, two Second Prizes for Military Medical Achievement, three Third Prizes for Military Science and Technology Advancement, four Third Prizes for Medical Achievement at provincial and ministerial level, and the financial aid from nine funds including National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shanghai Natural Science Fund.
