Now she is the Member of Children and Adolescent Pathergasiology Group of Pathergasiology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Specialized Committee for Psychological Consulting and Treatment of Chinese Psychological Society, Health Emergency Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Health, Pediatric Rehabilitation Branch of Shanghai Association of Rehabilitation Medicine and Chinese teacher of Sino-Germany Psychotherapy School. She mainly engages in the diagnosis and treatment of emotional problems and various mental diseases such as infant, children and adolescent psychological development problems, attention deficit, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, difficulty in study and anxiety-depression, especially the diagnosis of and treatment plan preparation for refractory pediatric psychological problems and mental diseases as well as psychotherapy (primarily cognitive behavior treatment and psychodynamic therapy, including individual and group therapy). Major overseas study projects funded government sponsorship include one-year study in the Department of Social Medicine of Harvard University and Psychiatry Department of Boston Children’s Hospital during 2003-2004 and three-month study in the Department of Health Policy of San Francisco Branch of University of California during 2009-2010. She was selected into and completed the 100 excellent young physicians training program of Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau. She has published more than 40 academic papers; compiled three academic monographs as chief editor (or associate chief editor) and participated in compiling over 10 books; translated four academic monographs as chief translator; undertook or participated in as major research three internationally cooperative tasks, three national tasks, two municipal tasks and two other topics.
